Nato versus Russia: Will Putin bend under Western pressure? (Part Two)

Description

It's been billed as the most important NATO summit in two decades. Just as NATO ponders a permanent force for eastern Europe and reconsiders Kiev's application to join, Russia is suddenly now talking up the prospects of a political solution when talks resume Friday in Belarus' capital. François Picard and his panel discuss the importance of this summit and just whether the prospect of a solution will steal some of Nato's thunder.
