Slovak PM 'able to speak' after shooting: president-elect

Description

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico is speaking but tired and still in a critical state the day after being shot multiple times, president-elect Peter Pellegrini tells reporters outside the Banska Bystrica hospital. Authorities have charged an alleged gunman with the attempted murder of the 59-year-old leader, saying the shooting was sparked by the election win last month of a Fico ally. SOUNDBITE
