Donald Trump ne cache plus son ambition de vouloir annexer le Groenland. Cette volonté est motivée par plusieurs arguments, notamment "la sécurité nationale des États-Unis". Mais le pays espère aussi tirer des bénéfices de cette prise de contrôle : le Groenland est un pays qui regorge de ressources souterraines encore très peu exploitée du fait d'une topographie très peu praticable et d'un climat hostile. The White House says it is "seriously concerned" about reports that a Palestinian teenager with dual US citizenship has been killed by Israeli fire in the occupied West Bank. "We're seriously concerned about these reports. The White House is "extremely concerned" after clashes inside Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa mosque compound and urges restraint by both Israelis and Palestinians.
