Emergency services update on London flat fire

Description

An update is given by the London Fire Brigade after a fire at a block of flats in Dagenham in East London. Assistant Commissioner Patrick Goulbourne who is the on site Incident Commander says firefighters have been working “arduously through the night to bring this fire under control and I can confirm we have now stood down the major incident.” SOUNDBITE
