The first official shipment of Ukrainian grain since Russia's invasion reaches Turkish territorial waters near the entrance to the Bosphorus Strait. The Sierra Leone-flagged Razoni is due to be inspected Wednesday near Istanbul by a team that includes Russian and Ukrainian officials before delivering its cargo of 26,000 tonnes of maize to Tripoli, Lebanon. The first grain ship to sail from Ukraine since Russia reimposed its Black Sea blockade in July crosses the Bosphorus Strait in Istanbul. Ukrainian officials said the Palau-flagged Resilient Africa vessel was carrying 3,000 tonnes of wheat when it left Ukraine's Chornomorsk port on Tuesday. The Turkish flagged Polarnet cargo ship, which departed from Ukraine's port of Chornomorsk on Friday carrying 12,000 tons of corn, docks at the port of Derince in northeastern Turkey. It is the first grain shipment from Ukraine to reach its final destination under a deal between Moscow and Kyiv.
