Afghan envoy to the UN says special session must deliver 'strong message'

Nasir Ahmad Andisha, the Afghan ambassador to the UN in Geneva, says that the special session of the UN Human Rights Council on Afghanistan must deliver 'a strong message' that 'abuses and violation of human rights law and international humanitarian law undermine world peace and justice and will have consequences'.
