The United Nations Assembly observed a minute of silence to pay tribute to the victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. "The United Nations is mobilizing to support emergency response and so let's work together in solidarity to assist all those hit by this disaster," said UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
