EU parliament vote declares Russia 'state sponsor of terrorism'

The European Parliament recognises Russia as a "state sponsor of terrorism" over its war on Ukraine and urged the 27-nation EU to look to follow suit. Kyiv has been calling on the international community to declare Russia a "terrorist state" over its invasion of the country, and the Strasbourg parliament's decision will likely anger Moscow.
