EU chief Charles Michel arrives at Kyiv's railway station for an unannounced visit to the Ukrainian capital, to mark the tenth anniversary of the start of the pro-European Maidan protest movement. The pro-European protest movement -- in which around 100 civilians died in violent clashes with security forces in the capital -- ultimately led to the ouster of Kremlin-backed President Viktor Yanukovych. European Council President Charles Michel warns that the coming weeks could decide the course of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. He makes the statement following a meeting between European leaders and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. "The next few weeks and months will probably be decisive.
