EU leaders are determined to "act very quickly" on a plan to use the profits from frozen Russian central bank assets to arm Ukraine, the European Council President Charles Michel says. Rescuers work in the Solomyansky district of Kyiv after a barrage of Russian missile attacks killed four people, including one in Kyiv, and wounded 27 others in the capital, according to officials. A group of 16 foreign nationals from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus go on trial in a Polish court on charges of espionage, preparing acts of sabotage and gathering information for Russia. EU chief Charles Michel arrives at Kyiv's railway station for an unannounced visit to the Ukrainian capital, to mark the tenth anniversary of the start of the pro-European Maidan protest movement.
