Ending US aid for Ukraine would 'let Putin prevail': White House

Description

Ending US military aid to Kyiv would allow Russian President Vladimir Putin to "prevail" in Moscow's invasion of Ukraine, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan says. "Congress has to decide whether to continue to support the fight for freedom in Ukraine as part of the 50-nation coalition that President (Joe) Biden has built or... ignore the lessons we've learned from history and let Putin prevail," Sullivan tells reporters at the White House.
