Investigators say the bomb that brought down a Russian jet over Egypt, killing all 224 passengers on board, was placed under the seat of a 15-year-old girl.
A photograph released in an ISIS propaganda magazine shows a can bomb, which is the same kind of bomb that supposedly took down Russian Metrojet 7K9268 over Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula last month.
The Russian airliner that crashed in Egypt over the weekend, killing everyone on board, disintegrated mid-air, an official of a Moscow-based aviation agency said on Sunday. However, he stressed that it is still too early to draw conclusions from this.
