NATO leaders vow at least 40 billion euros of military aid for Ukraine, as the Alliance summit takes place in Washington. The Palestinan flag flies alongside the EU and Ukrainian flags outside the Irish parliament building in Dublin as Ireland formally recognises a Palestinian state, a move also carried out on Tuesday by Spain and Norway.
