Armenians rally against government plans to concede land to Azerbaijan

Description

Hundreds of people rally in the capital Yerevan in protests against the Armenian government's plans to concede land to concede land to the Caucasus nation's historic foe, Azerbaijan. According to Armenian police, it detained dozens of people attempting to block streets in Yerevan as part of protests. Armenia has agreed to hand over territory it has controlled since the 1990s and has started border delimitation efforts, in a bid to secure an elusive peace deal with Baku and avoid another bloody conflict.
