The carriage transporting King Charles III and Queen Camilla arrives at Britain's Houses of Parliament for the official State Opening of Parliament and King's Speech, at which the king sets out the programme of the new government. Keir Starmer's Labour government is expected to outline a number of reforms which it hopes will boost the nation's economy. The king's carriage was preceded by one carrying the Imperial State Crown.
