Putin challenger Nadezhdin submits documents for presidential bid

Description

Kremlin critic Boris Nadezhdin submits the documents to Russia's Central Election Commission needed to register as a candidate for the upcoming presidential elections in March. Russia's Central Election Commission will review his application and make a decision about whether he can run. IMAGES
