Ecuador president leaves high-profile meeting with security officials

Ecuador's President Daniel Noboa leaves the Guayas governor's office building in the port city of Guayaquil after a meeting with officials from the State and Public Safety Council. Noboa imposed a state of emergency and nightly curfew following the escape from prison of gang boss Adolfo Macias, alias "Fito", and has vowed to wage "war" on the country's powerful criminal gangs.
