Fighters, families from the Damascus suburb of Daraya have arrived in rebel-held Hama under an evacuation deal after effectively surrendering the town to the government after a grueling four-year siege. Nathan Frandino reports.
Idlib, in Syria's northwest, is the last rebel enclave holding out against president Bashar al-Assad's regime. In a rare visit by a foreign journalist, France 24's Wassim Nasr was able to travel to the province, which is under the control of the armed Islamist group Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham, and even speak with the group's leader.
