Volunteers Prepare Cold Weather 'Survival Kits' for Winter Olympics Spectators

Organisers are struggling with unseasonably cold weather conditions and, with temperatures hovering just over 0 degrees Fahrenheit, they are worried that guests attending the games will be ill-prepared to handle the unusual cold.
