US, Latin American countries warn Venezuela over May election

Description

The United States and several Latin American countries send a warning to Venezuela its presidential election next month will be seen as illegitimate by the region unless it restores democratic standards, calling for a "just, free, transparent process" at a Summit of the Americas in Peru.
