    En Indonésie, le mont Lewotobi Laki Laki est entré en éruption pour la deuxième fois en un mois. Ce lundi 7 juillet, le phénomène s'est révélé très impressionnant : l'éruption a commencé par une forte explosion, puis du cratère s'est échappé un immense nuage de cendres de 18 kilomètres de haut ainsi que des coulées pyroclastiques qui se sont répandues sur 5 kilomètres au nord et au nord-est. Par chance, aucune victime n'est à déplorer, même si l'agence géologique indonésienne a conseillé au public de ne pas se déplacer dans un rayon de 7 kilomètres.
