California fire consuming 10,000 acres a day: Officials

Description

Approximately 10,000 homes have been evacuated due to California's so-called Sand Fire which is consuming 10,000 acres of land per day, according to Incident commander Mike Wakoski. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
