Nigel Farage says he will stand as a candidate for the anti-immigration Reform UK party at the UK general election next month, after initially ruling out running. "I have changed my mind... I am going to stand," Farage, 60, told a news conference. Farage, a Eurosceptic politician and now a television presenter, campaigned for decades for Britain's withdrawal from the European Union and was a key figure in the 2016 Brexit referendum. A makeshift migrant camp looks nearly empty in Mexico's Matamoros, at the border with Brownsville, Texas, where Democrat US President Joe Biden is expected to meet border patrol and other law enforcement agents.
