Diplomats from 29 countries including US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson are meeting in Paris to push for sanctions and criminal charges against the perpetrators of chemical attacks in Syria. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he hopes a giant summit in Switzerland on how to end the war in his country would swiftly help usher in a "just peace".
