Five killed, scores wounded by car bomb outside Afghan Ministry of Justice

KABUL, AFGHANISTAN — A car bomb exploded in the parking lot of Afghanistan's Ministry of Justice on Tuesday, killing at least five people and wounding dozens more, officials said.The car bomb went off at around 4:00 p.m., just as civil servants in Kabul were leaving work for the day, according to officials. The detonated car was filled with explosives, police said.
