At least 23 people are detained in Moscow during a peaceful but unsanctioned march against the alleged impunity and corruption of law enforcement agencies. The march comes after Russian authorities in Moscow dropped drug charges against investigative journalist Ivan Golunov in a rare climbdown by law enforcement following a public outcry. IMAGES
After watching a couple of fights and drink throwing incidents off to the side of his speech he claims that his Rally's are the safest places.
