Syrian government barrel bomb attack kills at least 28: rights group

Description

At least 28 civilians have been killed after a catastrophic barrel bomb strike in northern Syria. The Assad regime is alleged to have been behind the attack, according to the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
