Civilians struggle to flee fighting in Mosul's Old City

Description

With many dehydrated, traumatized or in poor health, civilians struggle to flee the Old City of Mosul, where Iraqi forces are battling the last few hundred jihadists as they press the final stages of an assault to drive the Islamic State group from the city.
