Instagram boss tells US lawmakers app 'can help' teens

Description

Instagram's boss pushes a rosy view of the app's impact on teens in testimony to US lawmakers that is at odds with damning news reports based on the firm's own research. "Sometimes young people can come to Instagram dealing with difficult things in their lives.
