Ramaphosa visits South African national assembly after fire breaks out

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa visits the houses of parliament in Cape Town where a massive fire has destroyed the national assembly. No casualties have been reported so far but President Cyril Ramaphosa told reporters at the scene an arrest had been made. IMAGES
