Indigenous people arrive before Brazil's Supreme Court to await a decision on a key case on whether to restrict native peoples' rights to their ancestral lands. So far, five judges have voted to reject the so-called "time-frame argument", which holds that native peoples should not have the right to lands where they were not present in 1988, when the country's current constitution was ratified.
