In Syria, the province of Idlib, the last remaining large rebel stronghold, is seeing a spike in Covid-19 cases. This new wave of infections comes two weeks after Syrian refugees in Turkey were granted permission to visit relatives in the enclave. FRANCE 24's Yuka Royer tells us more.

Swathes of Idlib province are controlled by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, led by Al-Qaeda's former Syria branch. The jihadist group has used drones to attack government-held areas in the past.
