'Uganda is now free of active Ebola transmission' says health minister

Description

The Health Minister for Uganda announces that "all transmission chains have been fully interrupted and (I) take this opportunity to declare that the outbreak is over". This comes after the two epicentre towns, Mubende and Kassanda, were locked down to stop the spread of the disease. SOUNDBITE
