Boris Pistorius is sworn in as Germany's new defence minister

In a changing of the guard at Germany's defence ministry Boris Pistorius has taken over the minister's job from Christine Lambrecht. It comes at a time of change in the German armed forces and with the country under pressure to send battle tanks to Ukraine.
