Images of the Fields shopping mall where three people died in a shooting on Sunday evening. The three killed have been identified as a Danish teenage girl and boy, both aged 17, and a 47-year-old Russian citizen residing in Denmark. Danish police say the suspect in the shooting was known to mental health services. IMAGES
