'Shocked' Guterres urges 'immediate' restoration of Ethiopia ceasefire

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres urges an immediate restoration of a ceasefire in Ethiopia as he voices shock at a resumption of violence after a five-month lull. "I am deeply shocked and saddened by the news of the resumption of hostilities in Ethiopia," Guterres tells reporters outside the UN Security Council. "My strong appeal is for an immediate cessation of hostilities and for the resumption of peace talks." SOUNDBITE
