Images outside the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the UN's top court, ahead of a landmark ruling on allegation of genocide in Gaza -- a case that has sparked global attention. The case was brought by South Africa, which has accused Israel of breaching the UN Genocide Convention, set up in 1948 as the world reeled from the horrors of the Nazi Holocaust. IMAGES

Aung San Suu Kyi, Myanmar's former democracy icon arrives at the International Court of Justice in The Hague for the second day of a trial over the bloody military crackdown in which thousands of people were killed and around 740,000 Rohingya minorities fled to neighbouring Bangladesh.
