US Vice President Harris lands in Japan ahead of ex-PM Abe's funeral

US Vice President Kamala Harris arrives at Yokota Air Base in Fussa, Tokyo prefecture Japan to attend the funeral of assassinated premier Shinzo Abe and reinforce US diplomatic links in the region.
