Election Commissioner distances the IEBC from 'opaque nature' of the Kenyan elections

One of the commissioners of IEBC (Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission) announces that they "we cannot take ownership of the results that is going to be announced, because of the opaque nature" of the last stages of the process. This comes moments before the Chairperson of the commission announced William Ruto as the winner of the presidential election. IMAGES
