Mariupol 'horrors' will leave 'indelible mark': UN rights chief Bachelet

"The horrors inflicted on the civilian population will leave their indelible mark, including on generations to come," Michelle Bachelet tells the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. SOUNDBITE
