Blinken expects Venezuela government, opposition to resume talks

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says he believes Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro's government and the opposition will resume talks. The two sides "have signaled an intent to resume those conversations and negotiations in Mexico City. That is the latest information that we have," Blinken tells reporters after an Americas summit in Los Angeles. SOUNDBITE
