Caracas, Oct 13 (EFE).- The Government of Venezuela will denounce the President of Colombia, Iván Duque, before the International Criminal Court (ICC) for the "persecution" and "extermination" of Venezuelan migrants, after blaming him for the murder of two young people in the neighboring country, the Venezuelan vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, announced Wednesday.
