Beirut explosion: 'There are lots of patients suffering from anxiety, depression and PTSD'

Description

One year since the disaster, caused by a huge quantity of ammonium nitrate stored unsafely at the port for years, no senior official has been held to account, infuriating many Lebanese as their country also endures financial collapse. One of the biggest non-nuclear explosions ever recorded, the explosion wounded thousands and was felt in Cyprus, more than 240 km away. Emotional distress, fear of what the future holds and a sense of despair - this is the legacy of the terrible explosion that ripped through the Port of Beirut.
