Hundreds of protesters call for ETA prisoners to be transferred to Basque prisons

Bilbao, Aug 27 (EFE).- Hundreds of people demonstrated Friday in the center of Spanish city of Bilbao to demand the transfer of prisoners of former separatist group ETA to prisons in the Basque Country and Navarra, and that ordinary legislation be applied to them.The protesters, summoned by the ETA Sare prison support network, marched in three rows to respect safety distances in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
