Bogota, Aug 31 (EFE).- Former Colombian President Andrés Pastrana said on Tuesday that the transitional justice system that emerged from the peace agreement between the Government and the FARC has stains because former president Juan Manuel Santos did not seek consensus to legitimize it after losing the plebiscite of the treaty.
