North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is welcomed by Russia's Minister for Natural Resources and Ecology, Alexander Kozlov, as he arrives in eastern Russia ahead of a meeting with president Vladimir Putin. The United States has warned that the visit, a rare foreign trip for Kim, could signal the making of an arms deal to support Moscow's assault on Ukraine.
