Armenia urges UN to send mission to Karabakh to monitor rights

Armenia urges to send a mission to monitor treatment of ethnic Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh after Azerbaijan seized back control of the enclave run for decades by separatists. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan asks for "an immediate deployment of an interagency mission by the United Nations to Nagorno-Karabakh with the aim to monitor and access the human rights" at the UN's Assembly General in New York.
