En Île-de-France, la RATP a annoncé l'augmentation du prix des amendes à partir du 2 juin 2025. À compter de cette date, les infractions liées aux titres de transports dans le métro et RER seront toutes facturées 70€, sans distinction entre les voyageur·euses n'ayant aucun ticket et les voyageur·euses possédant un Pass Navigo sans l'avoir validé. Pour les personnes en situation irrégulière à bord des trams et des bus, l'amende passe de 10 à 15€.
