Equipped with inflatable boats, Ukrainian military and police forces evacuate Kherson residents from the flooded areas of the city, following the collapse of Russian-held Kakhovka dam in the Kherson region. Ukraine is evacuating thousands after the dam's destruction unleashed a torrent of water, inundating two dozen villages and the city of Kherson.
