A hospital in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv is evacuating its patients and staff over fears of Russian strikes following claims by Belarus's secret services that it, along with another medical facility, hosted military personnel. "The city is urgently beginning to evacuate two hospitals... because a video is widely circulated online, actually de facto announcing an enemy attack on these medical facilities," Kyiv's city administration said. Images of EU, Ukraine foreign ministers arriving for a meeting in Kyiv. The European Union's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has announced that all of the bloc's foreign ministers were for the first time meeting beyond its borders, in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. "We are convening a historic meeting of EU Foreign Ministers here in Ukraine, candidate country and future member of the EU. We are here to express our solidarity and support to the Ukrainian people," Borrell said in a statement on social media. IMAGES
Images show a Ukrainian air defence system working during a strike on Kyiv overnight. Ukraine said on Tuesday that it had downed an entire barrage of Russian drones and missiles, including six hypersonic missiles, just hours ahead of a visit by a Chinese special envoy. Posting on Twitter, Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said "another unbelievable success for the Ukrainian Air Forces! Last night, our sky defenders shot down SIX russian hypersonic Kinzhal missiles and 12 other missiles". The statement comes just over a week after Ukraine said it had downed its first Kinzhal hypersonic missile. IMAGES
